The 2021 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) occurred last June 10, 2021 with a ceremonial pressing of button at exactly 9:00 A.M. with the participation of teachers, non-teaching personnel and parents.  

Mr. Cypruss P. Beo, SDRRM Coordinator, led the arrangement and initiation of the earthquake drill as he first discussed its importance of the said drill by practicing the duck, cover, and hold. 

The event turned out successfully with the cooperation of everyone and came with some considerations related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, such as following the health protocols by wearing face masks, face shield and social distancing. 

Indeed, in spite of the fact that we focus on the pandemic, we still have to be aware of the risks such earthquake.
