As part of the Brigada Eskwela, Paranaque National High School – Baclaran organized free haircut for students, teachers and Non-Teaching Personnel last April 4, 2022, at the School Covered Court.

Global Hairstylist Association was invited to the said activity through the initiative of Dr. Karla Katigbak, Chairman of Brigada Eskwela ’22, and more than 50 students and school personnel benefited from it. The said team had its advocacy to give free haircut all over the Philippines. And luckily, our school was chosen to be of service.

Coincidentally, it was the first Monday of the month, and usually, male students had to trim or cut their hair to look presentable. However, the good thing about this project was they did not need to pay for 50-70 pesos in the barber shop. Instead, it was offered to the by Global Haircut team for free.

“Nung una po, kabado po ako kasi di ko po alam kung anong gupit ang gagawin nila sa buhok ko,” said Michael Isleta, student from Grade 9-Burgundy. “Pero nung makita ko na po ang outcome, nagustuhan ko po at masaya po ako sa bago kong gupit. Nagpapasalamat po ako sa school at sa Global Haircut.”

Good hair cut can boost your self-confidence and you feel the kind of person you want to be. Haircutting is part of grooming. Thank you, Global Hairstylist Association for this opportunity!
