Paranaque National High School – Baclaran held the Virtual Oplan Balik Eskwela 2021 Monitoring last Sept. 16, 2021 via Zoom.

Initiated by the School Principal, Dr. Gerry C. Catchillar, together with the Head Teachers and the members of the OBE Management Group, the said event captured the actual scenario during the implementation of 2021 OBE and provided interventions before the opening of classes.

“I may say that we are confident that PNHS-Baclaran has always been ready in all aspects. And I would say that this attributed to the school administration, teachers and non-teaching personnel who always give their time to ensure that school basic services are provided equally to all the stakeholders especially during this time of pandemic,” Dr. Catchillar said.

Through video presentation, the means of verifications were presented as the OBE Monitoring Tool under the New Normal indicated such as the Area of Readiness like School Readiness, Platform Support, Content/Learning Resources Materials, Teachers and Parents. Intervention, such as General Health and Safety Protocols, Deped Health and Safety Protocols, Physical Arrangement of Schools and Support Mechanism like Physical and Mental Resilience and Administrative Support.

In the assessment, all the criteria that tool implied were evidently implemented. OBE Division Monitoring Team, Dr. Gregorio T. Capiral, EPS Araling Panlipunan and Dr. Reena Orquina, PSDS District VII, congratulated all the hardwork and collaborative efforts that Dr. Catchillar and his team had done outstandingly.

Furthermore, school will continuously cater and provide quality education that the students deserve.
